Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long-Term Care – Contract Facility: Eagle Ridge Post Acute Facility Type: LTC / Nursing Home Location: Grand Junction, CO Address: 815 28 1/4 Road, Grand Junction, CO 81506 Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Nights (Variable) Hours: 12-Hour Shifts Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours/Week (Thursday–Saturday) Pay Rate: $40 – $43/hr Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,440 – $1,548/week Job Summary Eagle Ridge Post Acute is seeking a dependable and experienced LPN to provide compassionate nursing care for residents in a long-term care and skilled nursing environment. The LPN will administer medications, monitor resident conditions, document care, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality patient outcomes.
