COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

• Guaranteed Salary; you choose either Hospital-employee or 1099 contractor
• Relocation: Up to $10,000

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS

• 25-bed Critical Access Hospital
• Schedule: Work 2 weeks on then 2 weeks off
• On-call for OB deliveries - averages 80 deliveries a year
• Cases: ENT, Orthopedics, General Surgeries, Scopes, Endoscopic Procedures, Ophthalmology, Urology

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)
• Candidates with some Experience Welcomed
• Cultural Fit: Live in a location with the 4 seasons, enjoys working in a rural area, being a team player
• Awarded the Top 20 Critical Access Hospita l in the United States. Awarded the Regional Governor’s Award of Excellence in the State of Kansas
