Summary:

The Mental Health Therapist provides clinical support and therapeutic services to individuals experiencing mental health challenges. This role requires a master's-level clinical education, appropriate state licensure or certification, and demonstrated clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic services to clients experiencing mental health concerns.
• Apply clinical knowledge and evidence-informed counseling practices.
• Assess client needs and support individualized treatment planning.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with clients and relevant care professionals to support treatment goals.

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited college or university in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related clinical area.
• Appropriate LPC or LCSW certification or licensure in the state where practice occurs.
• Two years of clinical experience.
