Customer Service Associate

Connections Personnel is hiring for 2 long term temps for 6+ months for customer care in their call center for our client located in Springfield, NJ. Looking for candidates that have call center and luxury experience background to join the team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide white-glove service via communication across multiple channels (calls, email, post & live chat), ensuring prompt, professional, and personalized responses.
• Masterfully address a wide range of customer inquiries pertaining to products, services, orders, account management, and other related areas, consistently exceeding expectations.

• Strategic Clientele & Relationship Development:
• Work in collaboration with sales team to cultivate long-term relationships with key clients, anticipating their evolving needs and proactively offering bespoke solutions.
• Leverage a deep understanding of customer preferences, purchase history, and feedback to personalize interactions and curate exclusive experiences.
• Implement strategic clientele techniques to enhance customer loyalty, drive repeat business, identify and unlock new sales opportunities for follow up with our Sales team.
• Skillfully analyze customer issues, employing critical thinking and effective troubleshooting techniques to determine the optimal resolution strategy.
• Navigate complex situations with diplomacy and tact, ensuring that solutions are delivered efficiently and effectively within established service level agreements.
• Proactively identify and address potential service gaps, collaborating with internal teams to implement process improvements and enhance customer experience.
• Meticulously document all customer interactions within the CRM system, ensuring accurate, comprehensive, and readily accessible records.
• Process customer accounts, manage service requests, and maintain data integrity in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Leverage data insights to identify trends, personalize service delivery, and inform strategic business decisions.
• Proactively identify and capitalize on opportunities in collaboration with sales team to expand customer relationships and drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling.
• Utilize product knowledge and customer insights to offer tailored recommendations and curated solutions that align with customer needs and business objectives.
• Assist in reaching team sales targets through collaboration, contributing to the achievement of overall company revenue goals.
• Analyze customer feedback and identify areas for improvement in service processes, product offerings, and customer experience.
• Proactively share insights and recommendations with management, contributing to the ongoing development and refinement of service strategies.
• Embrace a culture of continuous learning, actively seeking opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge related to products, services, and industry best practices.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

• Proven ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients, demonstrating exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Superior organizational skills and ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop creative solutions that meet customer needs and business objectives.
• Proven experience in a customer service role, with a track record of successfully handling inquiries, resolving issues, and exceeding customer expectations.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, customer service platforms, and sales tracking software is highly desired.

Requirements:

• 1-2 Years of Call Center Experience.
• Sales experience A+.
• Any experience working with luxury brands.
• Must have Microsoft Office and CRM.
• Must speak English.
• Drug test/background checks done prior to starting.

Schedule: Monday-Friday with Wed and Friday being remote. 8am-6pm. In the summer Friday hours will be 9am-1pm In the fall it will move back to Monday thru Friday 9am-6pm.

Salary: $24-$26/hr depending on experience. Potential to earn commission.
