MDS CoordinatorRN

Coordinate all site related activities for the print, fulfillment and warehousing needs for various accounts. Maintain positive internal and external customer relations through all stages of the processes. Lead new account implementations and has extensive knowledge of core systems and processes. Teach, train and mentor other account specialists.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

MANAGE AND COORDINATE ALL SITE RELATED ACTIVITIES RELATED TO THE PRINT, FULFILLMENT AND WAREHOUSING NEEDS OF VARIOUS ACCOUNTS BY:

• Collaborate with sales support, sales and or the hub on orders as needed.
• Ensure job instructions received are clear and concise and forwarded to the production floor in a timely manner. .
• Ensure any additional materials needed for an order are procured and available when needed.
• Monitor the progress of jobs throughout production. Engage with internal and external customer as needed to provide any job changes, status updated, or to clarify any instructions.
• Run job status report as needed and provide relevant information to internal and external customers.
• Research and resolve jobs on the IPT (Inter-plant transfer) report, PFS (paid for stock) report, and the shipped not billed report in a timely manner.
• Attend and represent the Temecula site in new account onboarding meetings, representing the Temecula site in an account lead capacity.
• Coordinate the resolution of customer or manufacturing issues with customer orders. Engage appropriate departments to verify the issue and determine the root case. May make recommendations to management on appropriate response to issues that are in the best interest of the customer and the company. 
• May mentor junior level print production specialist staff, work on special projects, or perform additional one off or long term tasks.

Required Skills

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Extensive knowledge of WCSS, WBS, and other core systems used for order management.
• Knowledge of job setups, and all processes required to successfully process and close print, fulfillment, and mailing orders. Proficient in RMS.
• Exhibits professionalism in regards to interactions with all internal and external customers.
• Good grammar, email and phone skills. Good time management skills.
• Ability and skills needed to plan and execute the onboarding of new accounts in a group setting and to lead group meetings required to facilitate a smooth onboarding process.
• Experience in researching and resolving orders on the Inter-Plant Transfers Report, Paid for Stock Report and the Shipped not Billed Orders Reports.
• Drive to seek out areas or processes that could use improvements and to lead the efforts required to get the improvements done.
• Able to train other Print Production Specialist that are either new or in need of increasing their current skills or knowledge.
