Qualifications At least 2 years of experience in inventory, reconciliation, or invoicing (light industrial preferred) Strong data entry skills (Data Entry Assessment required) Excellent attention to detail and organization Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Benefits Real support. What You'll Do: Be the first point of contact - answer phones and respond to emails professionally Enter high volumes of inventory and production data with speed and accuracy Process work orders, back orders, and accessories Manage production transactions in JDE Research and resolve inventory or production discrepancies Maintain accurate filing of work orders, logs, and documentation Confirm shipments as orders leave the facility Provide additional administrative support as needed Staffmark is an equal opportunity employer.
