Maintenance/EVS Manager

Job Description Leads and directs the functions of Facilities, Maintenance, Real Estate Management, and Environmental Services for assigned facilities. Responsibilities include infrastructure and utility management, human resource management, facility planning, space allocation, construction and remodeling, regulatory compliance, and financial oversight. Requirements Work Experience: Minimum of five years previous experience in facilities maintenance. Education: Associate degree in facilities maintenance, mechanical or electrical engineering, management, or equivalent field of study. Licensure/Certification: Certified Healthcare Facilities Manager (CHFM) certification within 2 years of hire or transfer; Infection Control Risk Assessment (ICRA 2.0) certification required within 1 year of hire or transfer. Shift Rotation: Day rotation. Shift Start Time: Day shift; End Time: Evening. Work Schedule: Weekends and holidays are required.
