• Drive Fitness Membership Growth: Be the voice of Stretch Zone, converting first-time visitors into loyal, long-term members.
• Champion Retention: Build trust, follow up consistently, and make every member feel valued so they stay motivated and engaged.
• Deliver Outstanding Service: Greet guests with energy, schedule appointments seamlessly, answer calls, and resolve concerns with care.
• Achieve Sales Excellence: Share the life-changing benefits of assisted stretching and consistently meet — and exceed — sales goals.

What We’re Looking For

• 1-2 years of experience in membership sales, fitness, or wellness.
