• Full Time, Employed position | 1099 option available if desired

• Adult case load
• In-Patient setting
• Duties include: new evaluations, follow-up visits, medication checks, participation in call rotation and treatment team meetings

Qualifications:

• Illinois Medical License, or ability to obtain
• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in General Psychiatry

The Pavillion Behavioral Health System is seeking a General Psychiatrist to join our team!  Located in Champaign, Illinois, we provide a secure, nurturing environment where children, adolescents, adults and senior adults can find hope and healing from emotional, psychiatric and addictive diseases. Our range of services includes acute inpatient care, partial hospitalization programs (PHP), residential programs, addiction treatment services, and intensive outpatient programs (IOP).  Champaign, Illinois is located approximately 2 hours southeast of Chicago.   

Champaign shares a border with the neighboring city of  Urbana, and together they are home to the  University of Illinois.  Champaign and Urbana, form the  Champaign-Urbana Metropolitan Area  also known colloquially known as the "Twin Cities".  This university community features a large technology and software industry, mostly focusing on research and development of new technologies.
