We’ve recruiting for a Human Resources Generalist with a well-established Grand Forks-area employer. What You’ll Do Support day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and new‑hire orientation. Serve as a resource for employees and supervisors regarding HR policies, procedures, and workplace questions. Maintain employee records and ensure personnel documentation is accurate and up to date. Assist with benefits administration, employee changes, and related HR paperwork. Help coordinate employee engagement, training, and retention initiatives. Support performance management, employee relations, and policy implementation. Assist with HR compliance and ensure company practices align with applicable employment laws. Partner with management on HR initiatives and special projects as needed. What We’re Looking For Previous experience in human resources, ideally in an HR Generalist or similar role. Knowledge of HR practices, employment regulations, and personnel administration. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with employees at all levels. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. The ability to handle confidential information with discretion. A proactive, approachable professional who can manage competing priorities.
