Our services include program management, construction management & inspection, project controls, compliance, and staff augmentation.Haydan Consultants is hiring a Marketing/Communications Lead to join our strategically growing firm. Working with our leadership team to respond to various opportunities and initiatives, we’re hiring a skilled individual to design and oversee all aspects of our marketing/communications needs to achieve company goals and increase brand awareness.Haydan is looking for an individual who wants to materially impact our growth and has great enthusiasm for marketing and knowledge of relevant techniques and principles. The ideal candidate will also be an excellent communicator and will have experience in managing different marketing campaigns.**Responsibilities:**Work directly with leadership to design and implement key marketing campaigns and standardize all firm documentation, including project and staff resumes.Lead the development of qualification packages, proposals and presentations and maintain material for strategic pursuits.Write/review/edit narrative for content clarity, compliance and key messages.Collaborate with teams to develop compliant and winning proposals.Coordinate interview preparations.Provide support on larger-scale pursuits, miscellaneous marketing requests and firm initiatives.Maintain and lead all MBE/SBE/DBE (re)certification efforts.Collaborate with leadership to support our website design and content marketing (blog, social media assets and more).Create templates for posting on social media, email, newsletters and other channels.Perform other duties as assigned.**Requirements:**BA/BS or equivalent working experience.Minimum of two (2) years of related experience, preferably in marketing, publishing or journalism/writing.Excellent verbal, writing and grammar skills and ability to adapt to an industry-specific style guide.Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks.Proficient with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign), SharePoint, Ariba and other communications- and design-related software programs.An understanding of digital marketing tools and tactics.Experience with marketing in the architecture/engineering/construction management industry is preferred.Offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, qualifications and experience.The salary range for this position is $70,000 – $100,000.**Job Category:** Marketing**Job Market:** Construction**Job Location:** Rosedale## Apply for this position #J-18808-Ljbffr
