Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Location: Galveston, TX Salary: $40.00- $48.00/HR Relocation Assistance Available (exclusions apply) Job Description: As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in developing and overseeing behavior intervention plans for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. You will work closely with families, caregivers, and a team of therapists to assess, design, and implement individualized treatment plans, ensuring the highest level of care and positive outcomes. Qualifications Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Strong knowledge of ABA principles and evidence-based practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Prior experience in behavior analysis, particularly in clinical or home-based settings, preferred Experience with assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, FBA) and treatment planning Passion for helping individuals with developmental disabilities and their families Key Responsibilities Conduct assessments (e.g., Functional Behavior Assessments, Skill Acquisition Assessments) Develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessment data Provide direct supervision and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Train and mentor RBTs and other staff members Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure consistent care Collect and analyze data to track client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and state regulationsParticipate in ongoing professional development and attend team meetings #J-18808-Ljbffr Huckeye-Health-Services-LLC
