Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Longmont, Colorado for a Sales Representative/Estimator who has experience in asphalt maintenance, concrete a bonus and has a book of business. The role involves engaging with customers, generating leads, conducting site visits for project assessments, and preparing detailed estimates for paving jobs. The Sales Representative/Estimator will also maintain strong customer relationships, coordinate with the operations team to ensure project efficiency, and develop strategies to meet sales goals. The role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills to manage multiple projects effectively.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills with experience in lead generation and client relationship management.
• Ability to conduct site visits, measure job scope, and prepare accurate project estimates.
• Proficiency in planning, organization, and time management to handle multiple projects effectively.
• Basic knowledge of paving, construction, or related industries is a plus but not required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging with clients and team members.
• Proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Office and industry-specific software for documentation and estimation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Self-driven and motivated team player with a strong work ethic and problem-solving abilities.
