Apply today.WHAT YOU WILL DOThe Procurement Contracts Manager leads procurement, sourcing, and contract management activities for assigned business areas. This role partners with business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to negotiate supplier agreements, manage procurement initiatives, ensure compliance with governance requirements, and drive effective vendor outcomes.HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT1. Procurement Strategy & Business PartnershipServe as the primary procurement partner for assigned business units, supporting sourcing strategies, vendor selection, and contract negotiations.Partner with stakeholders to align procurement activities with business objectives and drive timely, cost-effective outcomes.Lead sourcing events, supplier evaluations, and pricing negotiations.2. Contract Management & Supplier EngagementManage vendor negotiations, contracts, and supplier relationships for strategic business initiatives.Partner with Legal and internal stakeholders to mitigate risk, improve commercial terms, and maximize business value.Support ongoing supplier performance, issue resolution, and contract lifecycle management.3. Cross-Functional Governance & Risk ManagementCoordinate procurement activities with Legal, Information Security, Vendor Risk, Privacy, Finance, and business teams.Ensure compliance with procurement policies, risk management requirements, and governance standards.Identify issues, recommend solutions, and escalate complex matters as needed.4. Process Improvement & Operational ExcellenceSupport procurement process improvements, reporting, documentation, training, and governance initiatives.Recommend enhancements to improve efficiency, consistency, and stakeholder experience.QualificationsWHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE5–7 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, contract management, vendor management, or a related field.Experience managing supplier negotiations, contracts, sourcing initiatives, and vendor relationships.Experience partnering with Legal, Information Security, Vendor Risk, Privacy, Finance, and business stakeholders.Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.Experience with procurement, contract management, ERP, or reporting tools preferred.Strong knowledge of procurement, sourcing, contract negotiation, supplier management, and governance practices.Ability to independently manage complex procurement and contract initiatives while balancing risk, cost, and business objectives.Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and responsiveness.WE TAKE CARE OF OUR PEOPLEAt HCA, our people drive our success.
