Northeast Regional | No NYC | 68-70 CPM + $3,500 Annual Bonus + Pay Guarantee
Location: Hartford, CT
Want Northeast regional work with a minimum pay guarantee and $3,500 annual bonus? This Class A CDL Driver position offers 68-70 CPM earning ~$1,500 weekly with home every other weekend.
Key Position Facts:
- Pay: 68-70 CPM (~$1,500 weekly) with minimum pay guarantee + safety incentives + optional hazmat pay
- Home Time: Every other weekend for 48 hours (12 days out, 2 days home)
- Equipment: 2019+ Freightliner Cascadia with 24" TV, fridge, APU, 1500-watt inverter, DirectTV, SiriusXM, monthly washes
- Freight: No-touch DC-to-DC dry van (mostly drop/hook, occasional live load/unload)
- Territory: Northeast regional (no NYC)

No-Touch DC-to-DC Northeast Routes: Distribution center to distribution center deliveries with mostly drop and hook. Pre-planned trips minimize downtime and maximize miles, excluding NYC.
Comprehensive Benefits: Health, dental, and vision for driver and family. 401(k) with company match. Holiday pay (6 major holidays) and vacation (1 week after 1 year, 2 weeks after 3 years). Pet-friendly (no deposit, no restrictions). Riders ages 12+ (small weekly fee). EZ-Pass included.
5-day paid orientation with hotel and meals covered.
