As a Job Coach you will play a key role in helping individuals identify career goals, prepare for employment and succeed in meaningful jobs within their communities. Job Coach- P/T 25 hours School-to-Work Transitions Program.

Hours M-F 9:30a-2:30p Morristown area.

• Driving an agency vehicle candidate will accompany, support and supervise Students with Disabilities (I/DD) to a jobsite to learn hands on employment skills.
• Record documentation as needed. 

Qualifications:

• Minimum associate degree in Human Services related field from an accredited college.
• Three years experience working with the DDD population.
• Bogg Center Employee Specialist Foundation Training is required within 90 days of hire.
• Understanding of DVRS and Pre-Employment Transition Services preferred.
• Experience with transition for 14-21 years old. Youth is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
