We are looking for an excited, customer focused person to be an Engagement Specialist in ShopRite stores in and around the Hazlet, New Jersey Area Pay: $12.00/HR Hours Expected Weekly: 12-16 Requirements to Perform Demonstrations: Demo Hours are 10AM- 4PM with no exceptions Desire to promote and sell products to customers Tools Required: Folding Table and Black Table Cloth Availability Required: 2-5 Days Per Week Able to stand for 6 hours (lunch break provided) Strong Computer Skills Car for Transportation to the stores is a must HS Diploma Physical Appearance: Individuals must ensure a professional appearance and proper grooming is in order. The associate must present a neat, clean, and appropriately groomed appearance. Specific Retailer Dress code requirements are included in the training documents. In addition, tattoos must not be visible while the associate is engaged in their work assignments. Candidate must be outgoing and able to recite features and benefits of products being promoted.
