We are seeking a talented Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for the school year

This person will have approximately 35 elementary students on their caseload

Hourly Rate Range : $45.00 - $60.00 per hour

Responsibilities :

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments to evaluate student needs
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and therapy plans
• Provide direct speech-language therapy services in one-on-one, small group, and classroom settings
• Address articulation, fluency, voice, expressive/receptive language, and social communication challenges
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and special education teams to support student progress
• Document therapy sessions, student progress, and assessment results in compliance with South Carolina Department of Education (SCDE) and IDEA regulations
• Participate in IEP meetings, student evaluations, and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Train and support teachers and staff on speech-language strategies and classroom accommodations

Required Qualifications :

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• South Carolina Department of Education (SCDE) Educator Certificate with appropriate Speech-Language Pathologist endorsement
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred
• Fingerprint clearance and background check required
