- Minimum 1 year of CDL-A experience
- No more than two moving violations (last 3 years)
- No more than one accident (last 3 years)
- No more than 3 job changes per year
- No positive drug results in the past - no refusal
- Medical card

Responsibilities:
- Safely operate company-assigned dry van equipment and protect freight
- Follow all federal, state, and local laws and company safety policies
- Maintain accurate logs and trip records
- Communicate proactively with dispatch and report equipment issues
- Keep equipment clean and well-maintained
