Maintenance Supervisor

Maintenance SupervisorThe Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all maintenance functions throughout the facility. The supervisor will oversee a team of maintenance technicians (typically 8 to 10). This position reports directly to the Maintenance Superintendent.Essential Functions:Downtime tracking and analysis.Preventative maintenance tracking and analysis.Education tracking and scheduling for Maintenance TechniciansPerform audits (e.g. housekeeping, safety, lockout/tagout)Continuous ImprovementTime and attendance tracking for direct reportsEducation and Experience:High School Diploma.Technical degree(s) or vocational certification(s) (Industrial Maintenance or relevant field of study)Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance2-5 years management experienceMicrosoft OfficeOrganizational skillsQualifications/Skills:Demonstrate expertise in a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures to include but not limited to...PLC based hardware and softwareElectrical control systemsMechanical drive systemsHydraulic/Pneumatic systemsHVAC/Chiller systemsNesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
