If you prefer to work from home, we also have remote positions available. Responsibilities The psychotherapist will participate in the integrated care team model at OMH. Our interdisciplinary team includes physicians, psychiatric nurse practitioners, licensed clinical psychologists, and licensed mental health professionals. We value clinical relationships among all provider levels and believe that coordinated, collaborative care provides the highest level of care to patients. Customize the care for each patient. You will have autonomy to determine how often you see a patient and the appropriate length of time spent with each patient. Individual psychotherapy is the most common clinical work performed, but clinicians also perform family therapy, group therapy, and psychological testing as needed and/or appropriate to a wide range of presenting problems. Enjoy the freedom to create your own custom schedule with a perfect work/life balance Typically, clinicians work between Monday and Friday, somewhere between the hours of 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM Focus on patient care without on‑call responsibilities.
