This role is ideal for someone organized, dependable, and comfortable balancing administrative support with bookkeeping responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

$40,000 – $45,000 base salary
Responsibilities:- Support payroll and financial administration
- Manage invoicing, bookkeeping, and payment records
- Maintain accurate financial and digital records
- Assist with customer communication and office workflow
- Help keep daily operations organized and efficient
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar software preferred
- Able to understand landscaping processes
- Professional, reliable, and team-focused
- Bookkeeping or administrative experience is a plus
