Sales Representative Location: 80 Walsh Ct., St. Charles, Missouri 63301 TruGreen accepts applications on an ongoing basis. Job Description As a TruGreen Field Sales Representative, you’ll be the welcoming face out in the neighborhood, meeting homeowners face‑to‑face to introduce them to the benefits of personalized lawn care solutions. You’ll use the proven TruGreen Sales Playbook to provide tailored services right at their doorsteps, turning casual interactions into lasting customer relationships. Responsibilities Engage with homeowners face‑to‑face to understand their needs and deliver custom lawn care solutions that build trust and satisfaction. Connect, educate, and earn their business every day. Engage with new and existing customers through door‑to‑door outreach with professionalism, energy, and good vibes. Customize sales messaging to match the unique lawn care needs of each household. Turn “just looking” into “just signed” with proven sales methodology and processes. Log interactions and track performance using a CRM to measure activity and performance. Cross‑sell and upsell with precision, showing customers how to level up their lawns. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. A Ph.D. in people skills is highly encouraged. Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but passion and hustle go even further. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Strong communication skills, both in small talk and closing. Solid time‑management skills and a self‑starter mindset. Comfortable with technology and mobile devices. Physically able to walk, stand, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds while working outdoors. Ability to speak, read, and write fluently in English. Physically located in the United States while performing the job. Perks & Benefits Competitive base pay plus uncapped commissions. Pay Ranges $27,669.00 – $58,865.00, based on qualifications, experience, training, and other factors.
