Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals with complex and acute medical conditions.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, develop tailored care plans, and apply evidence-based interventions.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately, following facility protocols and guidelines.
• Work closely with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on acute conditions, treatment options, and post-discharge care.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.

Qualifications:

• Active, unrestricted Oregon Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in ICU or ER settings.
