Graphic Designer

LHH is seeking a Graphic Designer for a client in the CPG space. This fully remote opportunity is ideal for a creative, detail-oriented designer with experience developing engaging visual content across digital and print channels.

This role will support a variety of creative initiatives spanning digital campaigns, e-commerce, retail and brand marketing. The ideal candidate brings strong design fundamentals, a thoughtful creative perspective and the ability to translate brand strategy into compelling visual experiences. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and can balance creativity with strong execution across multiple projects and channels.

The ideal candidate will also be forward-thinking in their approach to AI, with experience leveraging emerging AI tools to enhance ideation, explore creative possibilities and improve efficiencies throughout the design process. Experience across both static and motion design is a plus, along with a curiosity for new tools, technologies and evolving creative capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and execute designs across digital and print channels
• Design assets for email, paid and organic social, display advertising, e-commerce, landing pages, websites and other digital platforms
• Create supporting materials for retail, print, packaging and marketing collateral
• Develop creative for integrated campaigns, product launches and key brand initiatives
• Ensure consistency with established brand standards across all creative deliverables
• Collaborate with marketing, creative and cross-functional partners to bring concepts and campaigns to life
• Manage projects from initial concept through final production
• Balance multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail
• Incorporate motion, animation and video elements into creative as needed
• Utilize AI-powered creative tools to support ideation, concept development and production efficiencies
• Explore and refine AI-generated outputs through effective prompting while maintaining strong creative judgment and design craftsmanship

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in typography, layout, composition, visual hierarchy and concept development
• Experience designing for digital channels including email, paid media, web and e-commerce
• Strong understanding of brand identity and experience working within established brand systems
• Proficiency with modern design tools, including Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Familiarity with AI-powered creative and design tools
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to deliver polished, production-ready creative
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Agency experience preferred, but not required
• Motion graphics, animation and/or video experience is a plus
• Print, retail or packaging design experience is a plus
• Experience within CPG, retail, e-commerce or consumer brands is a plus
