Responsibilities:

• Provide warm, personalized care in clients' homes, including companionship, social engagement, bathing, dressing, light hygiene support, light housekeeping, laundry, meal prep, medication reminders, and building trusting relationships with clients and their families

• Demonstrate professional integrity, kindness, and empathy in all interactions with clients, families, and colleagues

• Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to agency policies and procedures

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
