Summary:

**Required Licensure:** - Current RN License (Meets the criteria to be eligible for licensure in state of Missouri or currently licensed in the state of Missouri.) **Required Certifications:** - BLS (Basic Life Support) - NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) **Preferred Certifications:** - TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) - PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) **Years of Experience:** - 2 years NICU, Vent competent **Float Requirements:** - Nurses will be expected to work in either the NICU, PICU, or Postpartum floor as determined by patient volumes. **Must Have Skills/Experience:** - At least 2 full years of NICU experience **Preferred Skillset/Experience:** - Prefer 2 years in a NICU level 3 or higher **Personality Fit:** - Flexible and positive
