Overview Associate Dentist at Benevis: provide high‑quality dental care to children and adults in a community‑focused setting. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive dental services for patients, primarily ages 3‑21 with a 30% adult population. Work efficiently with a team consisting of 1 hygienist, 1 hygienist assistant, and 2 dental assistants. Utilize DentaPro software, digital X‑ray and Panorex units, and fiber‑optic handpieces. Maintain compliance with annual OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training. Qualifications DDS or DMD from an accredited program. Current, valid license to practice dentistry in applicable states. Certifications: CPR, DEA, and Nitrous Oxide (for LA, MS, DC, TX, MA). Strong desire to serve children and adults; compassionate, team‑oriented. Reimbursement for associated licenses, certifications, and professional dues (ADA, AAPD). Visa and Green Card sponsorship available. Benefits Guaranteed base pay > $200k with uncapped earnings. Sign‑on and student loan repayment programs. No lab fees.
