Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM

Position Overview

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily operations across Receiving, Picking, and Shipping to ensure accurate inventory flow, efficient order fulfillment, and on-time outbound processing. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to follow procedures, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

Receiving

Unload incoming deliveries and inspect shipments
Verify quantities against packing lists and receiving documents
Identify and report damaged materials
Prepare receiving reports and maintain accurate records
Stage materials for quality inspection and inventory processing

Picking & Inventory

Pick and assemble customer orders accurately
Verify products and quantities before shipment
Perform hand counts and scale counts
Bag, label, and prepare materials for fulfillment
Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
Stage inventory and racks for put-away

Shipping

Verify picked materials for order accuracy
Consolidate and stage outbound shipments
Process small parcel and freight shipments using LMS and customer portals
Support masterload and export shipments
Coordinate with sales and trade compliance teams as needed
Schedule carrier pickups and ensure timely shipment processing

Qualifications

Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Strong organizational and teamwork skills
Ability to follow procedures and safety guidelines
Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience is preferred but not required
