Licensed Practical Nurse Duties Rooming patients Assessing medication list Patient education Venipuncture, specimen collection, lab orders, x‑rays, EKG, immunizations Facilitation of clinic and patient flow Signing off and completing provider orders Assisting the provider with procedures Schedule Monday - Friday; 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Experience and Training Graduation from an approved school for Licensed Practical Nursing. Special Requirements Possession of a State of Oregon license as a Practical Nurse at the time of appointment. Diploma NPI Current CPR/BLS certification. Driver’s License Must be in possession of a valid driver’s license at time of application and a valid Oregon driver’s license by time of appointment. Background Check & Drug Screening Position is subject to a full criminal offender information record check. Offers of employment are contingent upon consenting to and successfully passing a drug screening test. Lane County will verify license and certification status as part of the screening process.
