Schedule: Regular schedule: 5x8, MondayFriday (no weekends or holidays)
Assignment Details: Daily census: ~8 (up to 15 PETs/day)
Requirements: Minimum 2 years Nuclear Medicine experience required CA state license (must be active at submission) BLS certification required Acceptable credentials: NMTCB or ARRT (N or R) Preferred experience: cardiac imaging, Trauma Level I, community hospital experience Clinical skills: PET/CT and general nuclear medicine procedures, IV starts/maintenance, EKGs/PACS familiarity
Roles & Responsibilities: Perform nuclear medicine procedures and ensure patient safety during imaging studies Administer radiopharmaceuticals and perform quality control on imaging equipment Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide optimal patient care Document patient interactions and imaging results accurately in the EMR system
Compliance / Notes: Orientation: Reduced non-billable orientation; orientation shifts 08:0016:30 (likely first ~2 weeks) Call: Optional (not required); 60-minute response time during call windows Time-off/RTO: Must include any requested RTO at time of submission; scheduling requests due to outside employment will not be considered Guaranteed hours note: Facility may call off staff once per two-week pay period Holiday requirement: Must commit to working 3 of the 5 listed holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day) Pre-start modules are required (avg ~16 non-billable hours)
