Emergency Room Advanced Practice Provider

Role: Emergency Medicine Advanced Practice Provider (APP) Responsibilities Perform comprehensive health assessments, develop differential diagnoses, and prescribe treatments. Work autonomously and collaboratively within interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care and safety outcomes. Contribute to positive patient experiences in a fast-paced emergency environment. Qualifications & Skills Licensed Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) or Physician Assistant (PA) in the state of Illinois with DEA and Controlled Substance Licenses. Master’s level PA or NP training completed. BLS/CPR certification required; ACLS/PALS certifications preferred. Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Medicine experience as an APP. Key Duties Provide care during shifts between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 a.m., including weekends and holidays. Offer flexible coverage as part-time, full-time, or PRN staff.
