If yes, you could be the Field Installer we’re looking for.

What you will work on

• Deliver, install, start up, and operate commercial laundry equipment using defined standards and safety practices.
• Install, configure, and commission washers, dryers, and finishing systems in laundromats, hospitality, healthcare, and multi-family environments.
• Interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals to guide accurate placement and connections.
• Make compliant connections to power, water, gas, and ventilation; level and anchor machines to spec.
• Test functionality, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a smooth handoff to the customer.
• Train end users and facility teams on operation and basic maintenance routines.
• Complete all installation documentation, inspection checklists, and warranty registrations.
• Maintain vehicle readiness, organize tools, and manage parts inventory.
• Escalate critical issues to your Manager and suggest process improvements based on field experience.

Where you’ll do it

• On customer sites across your service territory, with some overnight travel.
• In close coordination with general contractors, facility managers, and utility trades to keep projects moving.

QualificationsEducation & Experience

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years in commercial, military, industrial, or manufacturing equipment repair preferred; equivalent paths considered.
• Helpful foundation in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
• Experience with telephone and email/ticket-based dispatch systems preferred.
• Comfort with MS Outlook, Word, and Excel preferred.

Technical & professional skills

• Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting strength; reads and applies electrical/mechanical drawings.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize multiple installs and timelines.
• Clear, professional communicator with a positive, customer-focused approach.
• Resilient and adaptable when conditions change.
• Self-directed with strong initiative and follow-through.

Travel & logistics

• Territory-based travel with some overnights.
• Valid driver’s license and clean MVR required; a company vehicle may be provided.
