Join our Product Engineering team and play a key role in driving product innovation, continuous improvement, and lifecycle management for our electromechanical product portfolio. In this role, you will lead product design enhancements, VAVE initiatives, product redesigns for automation, and production support activities while serving as a technical expert throughout the product lifecycle. Working closely with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Purchasing, and R&D teams, you will investigate and resolve technical issues, lead product validation and testing activities, manage engineering changes and compliance requirements (UL, CE, RoHS, etc.), and drive improvements in product performance, quality, and manufacturability.

Responsibilities

• Lead product design enhancements.
• Lead VAVE initiatives.
• Lead product redesigns for automation.
• Provide production support activities while serving as a technical expert throughout the product lifecycle.
• Work closely with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Purchasing, and R&D teams.
• Investigate and resolve technical issues.
• Lead product validation and testing activities.
• Manage engineering changes and compliance requirements (UL, CE, RoHS, etc).
• Drive improvements in product performance, quality, and manufacturability.
• Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.

Required Skills

• Strong CAD experience (Solid Edge preferred).
• Knowledge of electronics and electromechanical systems.
• Experience with VAVE and modern manufacturing methods.
• Proven ability to lead technical projects.
