What Will You Do?

As a Principal Software Engineer – Economy ML (Data Systems) at Roblox, you will lead data engineering for the Economy ML team, setting standards for batch and streaming pipelines, table designs, observability, and documentation. You will build hands‑on high‑scale data systems enabling real‑time feature serving for search, recommendation, and personalization across product surfaces. Additionally, you will partner with Product, Data Science, and ML teams to prioritize initiatives driving business growth while mentoring engineers on schema design and experimentation data practices.
