Warehouse Associate 1st Shift

We're seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join a growing team in the Lenoir City area. If you have a strong work ethic, excellent attendance, and enjoy working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Pay:

• Starting at $19.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday Friday
• 8:00 AM 5:30 PM
• Overtime required as business needs demand

Job Responsibilities

• Perform general warehouse duties in a fast-paced environment
• Safely lift, move, push, and pull materials throughout the shift
• Follow established safety procedures and company policies
• Accurately complete assigned tasks while maintaining productivity
• Work independently and as part of a team
• Operate warehouse equipment as trained

Qualifications

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, push, and pull throughout the entire shift
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Excellent attendance and a dependable work history
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Basic computer skills required
• Comfortable working at heights
• Ability to work assigned overtime when needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience
• Forklift experience is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train motivated candidates.

Required Qualifications

• HSD/GED Required
• Clear Criminal Background
• Longevity on previous work history
