Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical / Telemetry (Travel)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a rehabilitation unit during night shift hours
• Monitor and assess patients requiring medical surgical and telemetry-level care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Document patient status, interventions, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner
• Complete required orientation modules as directed during the onboarding period

Required Qualifications

• Active and valid Registered Nurse (RN) state license required at time of submission
• Valid references and copies of all relevant certifications required
• Must be able to complete a Pass/Fail clinical exam (up to 3 attempts permitted)
• Pennsylvania fingerprinting (PA Childline) required; must be completed within one week of contract signing
• Must complete required compliance labs within 48 hours of contract signing
• No planned time off that would interfere with pre-start compliance or the proposed start date

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience in a medical surgical or telemetry setting
• Experience working in a rehabilitation unit environment
• Familiarity with travel compliance requirements and timely onboarding processes
