Project Manager II

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client in San Diego, CA that is seeking a Project Manager II to help drive execution across our Customer Success initiatives, including digital help, knowledge health, and quality feedback loop work spanning the client. This role will ensure cross-functional projects have clear roadmaps, appear on prioritization lists, and are accounted for in our planning tool.

Skills

• Communications degree or Project Management certificates are nice to have
• 3+ years of strong project planning skills, including scoping, sequencing, and milestone tracking
• Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams with competing priorities
• Clear, proactive communication with cross-functional partners and leadership
• Risk identification and mitigation, able to flag issues before they become blockers
• Comfort working with product, engineering, and content or design teams
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in tracking deliverables
• Must have tools experience: Project management platforms (Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, or similar); Roadmapping and status reporting tools; Collaboration tools (Slack, Confluence, Google Workspace, or similar)

Nice to have:

• Experience working in a large matrixed organization
• Background in customer support, help content, or knowledge management
• Familiarity with Agile or scrum ceremonies

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.


We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
