Configuration Analyst

ADTRAV is seeking a Configuration Analyst to be responsible for designing and maintaining ADTRAV and third-party software systems to include but not limited to RezDesk, Concur, Deem, Cytric, GetThere, and Cvent. In addition to product support and design, the configuration analyst is required to be both a client-facing and organizational subject matter expert for the software and for meeting administration. This position is responsible for bringing business and information technology together, including Meetings, by understanding the needs and limitations of both and by working collaboratively to grow individual and team skills and abilities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

include the following: Serve as subject matter expert in consultation and decision-making during implementations for all clients, including meeting implementations. This includes configuration and customization of new accounts and ensuring customer requirements are implemented with quality and accuracy. Configure online booking tools (e.g., Concur, Deem, Cytric, and GetThere), meetings tools (e.g., Cvent), profile systems, mobile applications, and internal proprietary products in a global environment, for new requests, changes to products, and conversions. Analyze proposed changes of product design to determine effect on overall product, system, and optimize user experience. Assist in prioritizing configuration administration workload. Assess escalated online issues, troubleshoot, research, and diagnose. Review and recommend system improvements for optimization and supporting configuration change requests. Act as a go-between with management, development, and the customer. Perform site demos or training as needed or when assigned by manager. Manage and resolve JIRA ticket cases. Create and execute test plans. Stay up to date on the latest information technologies and emerging trends, and applications in the company. Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance knowledge and skills. Become an expert in ADTRAV's software, industry and customer base. Represent ADTRAV by embracing company values and fostering positive working relationships with employees, clients, vendors, partners, and other stakeholders. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and confidentiality requirements. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field or equivalent experience required. At least 3 years of travel industry experience is required, including knowledge of industry policies, procedures, and processes. Experience working for a travel management or travel technology company a plus. 5+ years of experience with Concur and Sabre. 2+ years of experience with Deem, Cytric and GetThere. Experience working with Cvent, Amadeus, and mobile products preferred. Experience writing PNR Editor strings required. Certifications in Cvent configuration or online booking tools a plus. Ability to analyze and interpret complex information from multiple sources and determine the most effective path forward for projects. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Technical writing experience is a plus. Experience developing and executing test plans preferred. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences in a clear and understandable manner. Ability to learn ADTRAV’s business and products quickly and adapt to a dynamic development environment. Experience with issue tracking systems such as Jira. Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, including strong business writing abilities and ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences. Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to identify discrepancies and resolve issues proactively. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with the ability to research issues and recommend solutions. Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities. “Can do” problem solving mentality, while still respecting standards, quality, and security. Ability to communicate ideas effectively while remaining open to coaching, feedback, and direction. Ability to work remotely while meeting company home office and productivity requirements. Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods of time. Able to maintain confidentiality of company and client information. Able to successfully pass a credit, criminal, and/or employment reference background check. Able to successfully pass a government clearance process as required. The salary range for this position is $70,000-75,000 a year but consideration may be given outside of this range. Pay is based on experience with the role and with the required applications/technologies.
