Shift Type: Full - Time, Part- Time, PRN, and Weekend Program Available

Salary:

• $17.50 - $20/hour

• Shift differential available 3 pm - 11 pm, 11 am - 7 pm $0.60/hour

• Weekend Program Available ($22/hour)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals. The successful candidate will provide high-quality, individualized care to our patients, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being. Our CNA team is responsible for assisting patients with activities of daily living, observing and reporting changes in patients' condition, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Monitor and report patient vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure

• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients

• Assist with mobility and transfers, as needed

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans

• Maintain accurate and concise records of patient care and progress

• Participate in education and training programs to stay current with industry developments and best practices

Requirements:

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Pennsylvania

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
