Key Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing night coverage with 6 to 10 shifts each month
• Work shifts from 8 PM to 6 AM
• Manage approximately 24,000 patient visits annually
• Handle an average of 3.08 patients per hour during double coverage
• Oversee a 14-bed ICU, with hospitalists managing ICU patients

Qualifications and Requirements

• Current certifications in ATLS, PALS, and ACLS are mandatory
• Board certification is required
• Hospital privileges must be obtained

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly pay ranges from $225.00 to $310.00
• Compensation estimates may vary based on factors such as position urgency, your experience, and qualifications
• All-inclusive rates cover base pay along with potential earnings from overtime, on-call duties, and holiday shifts
