Customer Experience Associate – Greenville/Fountain Inn/Mauldin, SC LaunchPoint Concepts is growing—and we want YOU ! We’re looking for an energetic Customer Experience Associate to join our Greenville team to interact and impact our client's customers in retail campaigns. This full-time, on-site role is perfect for someone who loves connecting with people, delivering standout experiences, and helping our clients shine. What You’ll Be Doing Be the face of LaunchPoint and our clients—making every customer interaction count. Share and showcase products/services with energy and confidence in a retail setting. Solve customer questions or concerns quickly and professionally. Track sales and customer interactions, keeping the team in the loop. Stay sharp on products, services, and marketing initiatives. Collaborate with the team to grow client relationships and expand our reach. Hit performance goals while managing your time effectively. What We’re Looking For Customer service or client-facing experience is a plus—but your attitude matters most! High school diploma required; extra education/certifications in marketing or business are a bonus. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
