Registered Nurse, Cath Lab
Licenses: RN-NY
Certifications: ACLS(Copy needed); BLS(Copy needed)
SSN Required
DOB Required
Work History: Should not be more than 30 days of gap in entire work history
References: 2 References in the last 12 months
