**Assistant Regional Senior Supervisor for Mental Health** YAI has an opening for a full-time Assistant Regional Senior Supervisor for Mental Health within our headquarters in New York, NY or at one of the other clinic locations. The position at YAI provides the opportunity to gain exposure and experience working within Center for Specialty Therapy and Premier Healthcare Article 16 clinics. This includes providing Mental Health services in the Article 16 clinics.**Key/Essential Functions & Responsibilities****Minimum Qualification Requirements** *including education, experience, licensure/certification, etc. and essential physical capabilities (e.g. lifting, assisting lifting, standing, etc.)* Minimum requirements of specific positions may vary by assigned function and/or contract. Please refer to applicable regulations/contracts for all position requirements.All **Assistant Regional Senior Supervisor** must meet the following minimum requirements: Several years of experience working with individuals with Intellectual or Developmental Disabilities Several years of experience in a supervisory capacity **Preferred Qualification Requirements** *(*desired *requirements beyond MQRs above)* Proficiency in a second language a plus Exceptional interpersonal, problem solving and communication skills Excellent writing skills Exceptional Organization skills **Compensation:*** Salary is up to 70000 USD annually #J-18808-Ljbffr YAI - Seeing beyond disability
