Ten Broeck Center – Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Position Type: Full‑time Schedule: Monday‑Friday, 3 pm–11 pm or 11 pm–7 am Pay: $43.00–$47.50 per hour Sign‑on Bonus: $7,500 Daily Pay Available Location: 1 Commons Drive, Lake Katrine, NY 12449 Brief Overview: A 258‑bed facility recognized for high‑quality subacute and long‑term care. Responsibilities Plan, develop, organize, implement, and direct nursing services for residents on the assigned floor. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and facility policies. Review complaints and grievances made by staff and report to the Director of Nursing as required. Maintain adequate stock of medications, supplies, and equipment, and notify appropriate personnel of needs. Assist in developing written preliminary and comprehensive assessments of each resident’s nursing needs. Make nursing/aide assignments as indicated. Encourage staff participation in outside training programs and arrange appropriate scheduling. Education & Experience Accredited nursing degree. Minimum two (2) years of direct care experience in long‑term care, restorative or geriatric settings. Minimum one (1) year as a nursing supervisor, preferably in a nursing home setting. Current CPR certification. Meet state licensing requirements with no disciplinary actions on professional license.
