What you can expect in this role:

• Provide comprehensive care across multiple settings-- in-office visits and telehealthcare.
• Ability to diagnose routine conditions and consult (or refer to) physicians for more complex diagnoses.
• Treat patients by following best practice protocols and consult with physician leaders if you deem it necessary to modify the care pathways.
• Communicate with your patients as necessary to ensure we offer a delightful experience.
• Manage patient treatment plan and provide support and education to patients on the way.
• Educate patients about Ascend's broader offering, conduct health risk assessments and guide them on their journey to longevity and happiness.
• Leverage cutting-edge technology to streamline workflows, reduce administrative burdens, and focus on delivering high-quality care
