Pricing Manager

Repligen seeks a Pricing Manager to develop and execute global pricing strategies across its bioprocessing product portfolio. The role involves partnering with cross-functional teams to drive profitable growth, improve price realization, and leverage data-driven analytics to optimize pricing decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute pricing strategies to maximize revenue, margin, and customer value
• Manage pricing elements of customer contracts including price schedules, rebates, volume commitments, and renewal terms
• Perform financial analysis and profitability modeling to support pricing decisions on enterprise agreements
• Monitor market conditions, competitive pricing trends, and customer willingness to pay
• Create financial models, ROI calculators, and value communication tools for commercial teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Analytics, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in Pricing, Revenue Management, Commercial Excellence, or related disciplines
• Demonstrated experience developing and executing pricing strategies in B2B environments
• Experience with contract pricing, deal desk operations, and pricing governance processes
• Proficiency in value-based pricing methodologies and pricing analytics tools
• Track record of driving revenue growth and margin expansion through pricing initiatives
• Ability to work effectively in matrix organizations across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations

Compensation: $116,000 - $175,000 base
