RBT - Registered Behavior Technician

Job description: We are looking for 3 behavior therapists (RBT) to join our team! Pay starts at $20 - $23 per hour. There's plenty of room for growth! Please have a high school diploma and an RBT certification (active or inactive) to be considered (experience with early learners is a plus!). The work we do here is mainly with kids under the age of 15. We are locally owned and work as a collaborative team with RBT's, BCBA's and the families we provide services to! We provide clinic-based services Monday - Friday at our clinic in Jacksonville. Responsibilities: Implement behavioral protocols as written by the BCBA Conduct functional communication training using vocal shaping, augmentative communication (PECS/etc.), ASL, etc. Record accurate maladaptive behavior data and new acquisition data Take initiative! Read behavior plans, learn your clients, and use every moment as a teaching opportunity Input data into Excel Collaborate with RBT's/BCBA's Write descriptive daily session notes Benefits: PTO (accrues at 4% of billable hours) 4 Paid Holidays every year 3 PAID sick days per year No driving between clients!
