SummaryThe Certified General Manager performs all duties of the Assistant Managers with the addition of full accountability for the operation of the enterprise.ResponsibilitiesManages a staff of approximately 3 to 50 employees, in excess of 50 hours of labor each week.Assigns, oversees and evaluates work, including schedule management and ensuring the store is staffed. Recommends promotion, transfer, or termination of employees based on performance.Provides on-the-job training for new and existing employees.Delegates and is responsible for the ordering, receipt, storage and issuing of all food, labor, equipment, cleaning, and paper supplies for the unit to ensure a minimum loss from waste or theft.Supervises preparation, sales, and service of food.Forecasts food items.
