Data Center Construction Recruitment Expert – North America Location: Phoenix, AZ (Open to traveling candidates) Base Pay Range: $300,000.00 / yr – $300,000.00 / yr About the Role We are partnering with a leading global construction and development firm as they expand their Advanced Technology business unit. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Project Executive to lead hyperscale data center initiatives in Phoenix, Arizona. As a senior member of this newly formed division, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of advanced technology projects, driving excellence in delivery, and building strong client relationships in one of the fastest-growing sectors in construction. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Strategy Serve as the senior project leader for hyperscale data center projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Provide executive oversight across planning, design, and construction phases. Client Engagement Act as the primary point of contact for hyperscale clients, fostering trust and long-term partnerships. Represent the Advanced Technology unit in high-level client meetings and industry forums. Operational Excellence Drive project performance in terms of safety, quality, schedule, and budget. Implement best practices for large-scale, mission-critical facilities. Team Development Mentor and develop project teams, promoting a culture of collaboration and innovation. Support recruitment and growth of talent within the Advanced Technology unit. What We’re Looking For Proven experience delivering large-scale data center or mission‑critical projects.
